Task
Manager
The list of tasks is made in the simple and convenient form. Task Manager shows all your completed, overdue and uncompleted tasks in an easy to use way. You can sort your Task list in a way that is most meaningful to you - by priority, category, and alphabet or due date. You can look through all categories or only one chosen. The completed tasks fall to the end of the list.
Adding tasks
It is very easy to add new task. It is not necessary for you to fill in all fields. It is enough to write heading of a task and choose a category of this task. If you add task while watching your business tasks, the category of new task will be also business. For each task it is possible to create a priority and a due date reminder with a sound alarm which you can choose to your taste.
Reminder
If you do not want to miss the important meeting or deadline of the task use reminder! Specify date and time, choose a sound alarm for each important task. After the alarm rang out you can postpone time, edit a problem or turn off the alarm.
Print your tasks list
Print out the list of problems on the beautiful form in a format convenient for you. Choose the necessary size of a sheet, to print all problems or only incomplete. If you want to print long description to task choose item "To print the description to task". You also can choose a way of sorting tasks on a priority or due date. You can print tasks on categories, print each category from a new sheet, sort tasks due date and importance.
Display and General Settings
In the settings window you may adjust the organizer for more handy
work with it. You may choose the following options: to start program with Windows,
to minimize on start, to make it transparent in the inactive mode (only
Win2000/XP users), to keep always on top. Now you can look at your information
in your own way. You can customize the List Views to display precisely the information
you want to see, choose one of 21 skins, sort tasks due date, priority, alphabet
or category. You can also choose what columns will be displayed in the Task Manager.
